So many people are asking, "How does Tyson feel about the news of twins?" He's beyond excited. Tyson was a HUGE deciding factor, for me, for having another child. I could tell he really wanted a sibling. Afterall, all his other friends had one, why didn't he? Since he found out the news of the twins, he has been so vocal about it. He has asked if he can help feed them, change their diapers, and wants to know if he can pick them up. He insists on lifting up my shirt, daily, to talk to my bare belly aka "his babies". I just think that is so incredibly sweet. At first, he wished for two girls and now he wants one girl and one boy. He's requested that one of their names be Caillou (for those of you who don't know, that's a cartoon character).
I sure hope the excitement and acceptance of his soon-to-be siblings remains. I also pray that no matter how chaotic life will be at first, he realizes that he will always have that special place in our hearts since he was our first born.
