Morning Sickness Blues...

In the beginning of pregnancy #2, when I had no idea it was twins, I felt so defeated. I had a blissful pregnancy with Ty from start to finish however, that was not the case with pregnancy #2. Now, I know why!!! In the beginning, I was extremely exhausted. I could barely eat a thing and the thought of drinking water just made me want to vomit. Nausea was the biggest issue, but thankfully, I have not thrown up once. Dry heaving has been about the worst symptom thus far, but that has only happened a handful of times.

On the flip side, I continue to get up at 4:30 am (Monday through Friday) and head to the YMCA. I am still running my 4 miles on Tuesdays and Thursdays and lift weights the other 3 days. That has really been a positive for me. In addition, I haven't given up on household duties and having a hot meal on the table for hubby when he arrives home. Now, that's not to say the meals are always gourmet, but at least I'm cooking (which is hard when your sense of smell is totally intensified).

Almost 12 weeks pregnant and only gaining 2.5 pounds, I am feeling pretty darn good.

I bet you any amount of money you are having girls! Please remember I told you... LOL! Tyson was a fairly easy pregnancy for you as Jesse was for me. Asia on the other hand was the worse I couldn't stand the smell of cooked food and for the first 3 months ate nothing but cereal... honestly.
